 An Eastern belief that energy flows through us at all times.  Research  shows it is helpful in easing a variety of issues including, but not limited to: depression, pain, eating disorders, high blood pressure

How it works

You lie on a table, fully clothed. I place my hands in up to 15 different positions around your body to seek out, and break up, the obstructed energy .

Even though you are on a massage table, my hands will never touch you, apply pressure, or manipulate any of the joints of your body.

This is about energy, not massage.

The beauty of this work is that YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO BELIEVE IN THE WORK BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN IT.

I am a level one and two Reiki Practitioner, given attunement by a Reiki Master.  I can practice  in-person and distance Reiki and believe that both are effective.
